Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Outfit dodgy 3 g connections boost Skype has announced a mobile affiliate program .
The partnership initiative of Skype is an agreement with mobile operators in areas with limited 3 g broadband penetration. The VoIP companies would like to use its mobile partner program to get operators to optimize their 3 g coverage.
Skype thinks that it can do this by using a client/server model. Client/server model was built for operators and it means that any operator who signs up for the partnership can use its smartphones Skype on most.
